RECIPE!!! Chicken Broccoli & Mushroom "Terriyaki"


Two blogs in one day whatttt! 
Anyways so a good friend of mine asked for a recipe of the dish that I made a few nights ago and honestly 99% of the time I cook there isn't a recipe, It's normally a bunch of stuff that I throw together and make a NORMALLY delicious concoction.

Luckily I also have a pretty stellar memory and I do remember what I threw together at least for this dish!

4 chicken breast cooked (I boiled them) and cut up into chunks
1 cup of brown rice cooked until tender to your liking
6 mushrooms cut up
1 or 2 handfuls of spinach cut up
A few leafs of basil chopped up
2 or so cups of broccoli

I sauteed the mushrooms, spinach and basil together in a pan with a little bit of olive oil until they got tender and threw them in the wok with the chicken and rice

Cooked the broccoli and threw that into the wok as well

For the "Terriyaki" I put that into parenthesis because it isn't terriyaki at all but oh well!

I used Worcestershire sauce cayenne pepper and balsamic vinegar poured that over all the ingredients and mixed it all together on low heat for 5 to 10 min basically long enough for the sauce to soak into everything nicely!
