Slacking
So not only have I been slacking off on blog posts but I have also been slacking in the working out and eating right category.. I did 2 rounds of 21 day fix and lost a total of 25 pounds and then I fell off the train basically flat on my face... I started eating CRAP because it was easy...And working out was well just too much work... Glad to say after a month or so hiatus I am SLOWLY getting back on track and luckily I have maintained the weight that I have been at! I have about 30 to 35 more pounds that I want to lose and more importantly WILL lose! Not sure if I have mentioned this but we are living in Alaska now, have been for 6 months (crazy to think that it has already been 6 months) so getting outside and active (with two kids) is hard when the temperature is in the 20s or lower but gotta get it done! I'm really not sure if anyone even reads this stuff but it is a way for me to keep myself accountable and I need to improve in all categories! Until next time! K>M>F
