My Weakness.

I've been at a stand still with my weight for days now, and I know, I know I shouldn't expect to lose weight daily I just want to be able to see results. I'm working my ass off and feel like I am looking the same it is discouraging but my husband came home for lunch today as he sits down on the couch beside me he turns to me and says " I'm proud of you, ya know" It made me smile and his encouragement helps me push through the discouraging numbers on the scale. I need to beat it into my head that, that is just a number on a scale, and that sometimes a scale can be a liar because it's the inches and fat that matter not the number on the scale. I need to keep it in mind that muscle weights more than fat. There is a quote that says "it takes 4 weeks for you to notice a change in your body, 8 for your family and friends, and 12 for the rest of the world Keep Going!" I will stand by that and I WILL be the change that I want to see! NO more excuses! I hope my thoughts and my journey will encourage someone else to get up, get moving and better themselves. Remember even if you are just taking a walk, you are doing more than those still sitting still!
