Alright here we go! I'm not a perfect writer by any means so just bare with me!
5 years ago this year I got married, and we had our oldest daughter a short time later, my husband came home from training and we got pregnant with our son. Two back to back pregnancies didn't do my body well. So fast forward to 2014, we PCS'd (a military move) all the way to Alaska from North Carolina. On that long trip my eatting habits worsened and I gained even more unwanted weight! Something I've dreaded doing since having my daughter is telling anyone my weight, so to show you guys just how dedicated I am here it goes...My starting weight was 210 pounds, I felt horrible! So here I sat miserable and complaining about it, so I made the decision to do something about it! 10 days ago I started working out daily and watching what I ate. I cut out drinking sodas, snacking, numerous energy drinks, and sugars! 5 days ago I started the 21 day fix! I have fixed a link to it for those interested! What it is, is an eating plan there are color coded containers for each portion of food, and a book to tell you what foods count for what containers! Along with the eating plan comes a work out set that goes day by day! I am proud to say that in 10 days I have lost 10 pounds and am currently sitting at 200 pounds! I still have a long way to go but with the 21 day fix and my husband keeping me accountable ( and hopefully you guys!) I will get there! My goal is to get to at least 150 and once there the skys the limit! My motto that you will see at the end of all my posts is KMF (Keep Moving Forward) so no matter what your struggle is, or what you are going through push through!
